Hurricane Irma was an extremely powerful and catastrophic hurricane.

On September 6th, 2017, Irma struck Anguilla with a rage that made many persons again realize that indeed God is in control and that only He can save us. Sadly, one person on the island died.

Severe damage was done to the Albena Lake-Hodge Comprehensive School (ALHCS), along with other local schools, homes and businesses. God has truly blessed Anguilla, in that more lives could have been lost as a result of such a powerful and life-threatening hurricane. As life goes on, let us rely on God more and thank him for what he has done for us thus far and what he will do for us in the future.

Below are some pictures that reflect what Hurricane Irma did to the ALHCS.

ALHCS Demolition

As a result of the damage caused by Hurricane Irma, several buildings at the ALHCS were demolished.
Below are some pictures that reflect this process.
